Mental Health Booklet by SMSI

Dear SMSI,

I hope this finds you well. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, many migrant workers were placed under quarantine and these abrupt changes and disruptions severely affected their mental health.

As such, a group of us from SMSI decided to create a mental health booklet to help these migrant workers through these trying times. We partnered with It’s Raining Raincoats (IRR) and a professional psychiatrist to produce and distribute this booklet. To further increase its outreach, the booklet has also been uploaded onto the Facebook page of IRR.

We would like to thank all those who have aided us in this cause, and we would also appreciate it if you could help us share and raise awareness for our mental health booklet.
