Hi SMSI,

I hope everyone has been doing well. This year, SMSI would be partnering up with Willing Hearts to bring you a soup kitchen. Due to Covid19, many Singaporeans are facing challenging and daunting times. We hope you will be able to set aside a few hours of your morning to aid us in the preparation of meals for the less fortunate.

Who are Willing Hearts? They are a non-affiliated charity run by volunteers, they cook and distribute 6500 meals daily to over 40 locations around Singapore. Volunteers will be able to cook, pack food, prepare and clean.

Applications will be on a first come first serve basis and we will have a limited number of spaces. So we urge all of you to sign up early and do you part for the community! If you are not able to make it for the event please let us know 2 weeks in advance and find a replacement for yourself.

When: 5th July, Sunday 0830-1200
Location:  11 Jalan Ubi Blk 6, #01-51, Kembangan – Chai Chee Community Hub, Singapore 409074
Dress code: Closed-toe shoes, NO SLIPPERS AND SANDALS-, T-shirts and NO TANK TOPS, shorts have to be at or below your knee

Sign up link: https://forms.gle/fvsxEZDy3rcUWgSr9
