Freshmen orientation 2018

Once again, SMSI kicked off the year with it’s annual orientation on 7th & 8th July 2018. It was a great two days of fun and games with both seniors and freshers.

This year marked the introduction of houses - Aqua, Ventus, Ignito and Terra.

As we look forward into the future, we hope that they will serve as a way of bonding amongst schools. Future events will also be based on houses, hope you guys are looking forward to it! 

With an amazing race theme for the first day, and war games for the second, both participants and volunteers had an amazing time competing with one another and getting know each other. Hopefully the friendships and memories formed will last a lifetime.

We would like to thank Overseas Singaporean Unit (OSU) for sponsoring this event. Also, special thanks to Audrey Tan (Y5), Lydia Tan (Y5), Daniel Lim (Graduate) and Chelsea Chia (Graduate) for sponsoring and cooking lunch on day 1. Finally, thank you volunteers and participants for coming to this event, without you guys, none of this would have been possible!
